Floor Plans

If you’re selling, or if you’re licensing your rental property with the council, you may also want a floor plan.

For just a little extra this can be done and give the property a boost as buyers will be able to visualise the property and figure out how their furniture will go into a new home.

Alternatively, the council will be able to satisfy itself that minimum accommodation standards are being met.
