Fees
1) A standard consultation with advice will cost £50
2) Consultation with advice where savings (up to £2,000) are detected* will cost £100
3) Consultation with advice where significant savings (more than £2,000) are detected* will cost £200
4) EPC £50 up to five beds, £60 for six beds and over
5) Floorplan £30 standalone or £20 with EPC
All three EPC Upgrade Consultations require charge 4): an EPC. So the total price for charges 1, 2 & 3 will be £100, £150 & £250 for properties of up to 5 bedrooms.
*Beyond those savings identified by the EPC itself. To clarify: savings beyond that identified by the EPC mean that where, for example, an EPC has only one recommendation: that of wall insulation costing £4,000 – £14,000 (average £9,000) and AML can point to another route to achieve the standard, costing, say £4,000, then savings of £5,000 have been identified.
